At Pawz® Official Store, we want you and your pup to love your purchase; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
